At KROB KROB, we want you to love every bite. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our return policy below.
1. Eligible Returns
We accept returns or exchanges for:
- Damaged or defective products (e.g., broken packaging, spoiled items).
- Incorrect items delivered (e.g., you ordered KROB balls but got something else).
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or taste preference.
2. Timeframe
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report an issue. After this period, we may not be able to process your request.
3. How to Request a Return
- Reach out via our Line QR code or Business WhatsApp.
- Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the product (if possible).
- Our team will guide you through the next steps.
4. Return Process
- For Individuals: If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Return shipping costs are on us for defective or incorrect items.
- For Businesses: For wholesale orders, we’ll work with you to replace damaged goods or issue a credit for your next purchase.
5. Refunds
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products (unless defective).
- Perishable items like beef tallow frying oil that have been unsealed.
- Mini electric fryers, unless faulty or unopened.
