COOKING/FRYING INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oil: (beef tallow or vegetable oil) in a deep fryer or heavy pot to(175°C).

Fry: Place the pops in small batches for 6-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Drain: Remove with tongs and place on a paper towel to soak up excess oil.
